The romantic drama flick, which released on 15 November, continued its successful run in its second week despite new releases. The film's second weekend collections were much higher than "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" and "Singh Saab The Great".
The day-wise breakup of "Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela" second weekend collections is: ₹4.6 crore on day 8, ₹6.15 crore on day 9 and ₹7.3 crore on day 10. The film's second weekend collections stand at ₹18.05 crore and its total 10-day collections (India) are pegged at ₹100.2 crore, according to Bollywood Hungama.
"Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela" has become the seventh film to earn ₹100 crore this year. The film joined the century club with other 2013-releases including "Krrish 3", "Chennai Express", "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" (YJHD), "Race 2", "Grand Masti" and "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag".
The Ranveer-Deepika starrer is the 25th film to have reached the ₹100-crore mark when taking into account the films that achieved this feat over the years. Several blockbuster flicks including "3 Idiots", "Dabangg", "Dabangg 2", "Rowdy Rathore" and "Ghajini" are among those which have crossed ₹100 crore. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, "Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela" is a love story set in the backdrop of Gujarat. The film received mixed reviews (mostly positive) from critics and audience alike. Positive word of mouth has helped the film garner better collections in its first week. The failure of new releases - "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" and "Singh Saab The Great" - has worked in favour of the Ranveer starrer in its second week.
