Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor starrer "Raanjhanaa" is making audiences fall for it. The romantic film which started off with an average business on the opening day is doing quite well during weekdays.
Though Monday was the first week day, the footfalls were much better compared to the opening day. But reduced ticket price in some theatres affected the business slightly.
The romantic film managed to rake in ₹3.85 crore on Monday, taking the overall total to ₹23.83 crore.

In India, the film is faring well in Rajasthan, CP Berar, CI, UP, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh circuits.
Looking at the current box office trend, "Raanjhanaa" is expected to end the first week with approximately ₹35 crore in its kitty.
The film, which marks the Bollywood debut of Tamil star and Rajinikanth's son-in-law Dhanush, is also drawing audiences in the overseas market.
The opening weekend collection of the film at the overseas box office stands at ₹5.07 crore ($ 850,000).
"#Raanjhanaa *opening weekend* UK £ 71,708 [₹65.77 lacs] from 43 screens, USA-Canada $ 414,211 [₹2.47 cr] from 102 screens, UAE-GCC AED 700,000 [₹1.14 cr] and Australia A$ 46,394 [₹25.45 lacs] from 10 screens," Adarsh tweeted.
The film's highest earnings were in US-Canada and UAE-GCC circuits where it minted more than ₹2 crore and ₹1 crore, respectively.
The worldwide total of the film stands at ₹28.9 crore [domestic four days + overseas weekend].
The romantic film directed by Anand L Rai also features Abhay Deol and Zeeshan Ayub in important roles.
