The three Khans' of Bollywood, Shahrukh, Aamir and Salman, are dominating the box office window for several years.
Aamir Khan's "3 Idiots" topped the box office collection chart with Rs 385 crore in worldwide collections followed by Salman Khan's "Ek Tha Tiger" with Rs 258.93 crore. Shahrukh Khan's "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is now following their league.
The movie in just 11 days crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the domestic box office and also raked in Rs 51.74 crore from international markets, taking the worldwide collection to Rs 150.41 crore till now.
When "Ek Tha Tiger" was released in August it was expected to break the records of "3 Idiots". However, it failed to do so and now "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is expected to break Salman's movie records.
As per the latest box office collection records, "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is all set to beat the record of "Ek Tha Tiger" at overseas BO.
Yash Chopra's last directorial romantic movie "JTHJ" collected Rs 51.74 crore from international markets in just 10 days of its release, while Kabir Khan's movie collected Rs 59.63 crore till now, according to popular trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh.
"Those asking, the total business of #EkThaTiger in *Overseas* is $ 10.75 million [Rs 59.63 cr]. As of today," Adarsh tweeted on Saturday.
"#EkThaTiger *Worldwide business* stands at Rs 258.93 cr. India: Rs 199.3 cr. Overseas: Rs 59.63 cr," Adarsh said.
"#JTHJ in a nutshell [10 days]: USA 14.03 cr ... UK 9.77 cr ... UAE + GCC 15.54 cr ... Australia 3.29 cr. OVERSEAS TOTAL: Rs 51.74 cr."
