Allu Arjun's "Iddarammayilatho" will have a grand release across the globe on 31 May.
"Iddarammayilatho" was scheduled to get released on 24 May, but its release date was pushed further to 31 May. Allu Arjun's last fim "Julai" was a massive hit, raising expectations of his upcoming film.
"Iddarammayilatho's" first look poster and trailer have already generated a lot of buzz. As the film's name suggests, Allu Arjun will be seen romancing two leading ladies - Catherine Tresa and Amala Paul. The rest of the cast includes Brahmanandam, Nassar and Kaajal Vashisht.
Keeping tab on the past hit record of the actor's films in the overseas market, the makers have decided to release the film in more than 170 screens. Puri Jagannadh, who is known for commercial films including "Pokkiri" and "Business Man", has directed "Iddarammayilatho". Ganesh Bandla has produced the flick under Parameswara Art Productions and the music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The songs are already musical charbusters.
The film is expected to do well at the box office as there are no big releases for nearly a week. Earlier, there were reports that "Iddarammayilatho" would clash with "Action 3D", a film which claims to be India's first comic 3D entertainer. The film has an ensemble cast of Allari Naresh, Vaibhav, "Kick" Syam and Raju Sundaram.
However, "Action 3D's" release was pushed to 7 June. The release of "Iddarammayilatho" is said to be the reason behind the delay.
"Action 3D" has Sneha Ullal, Neelam Upadhyay, Kamna Jetmalini and Rithu Barmecha playing the female leads. Other cast members in supportive roles include Brahmanandham, Nasser, Sudheep, MS Narayana, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Ali and Master Bharath. Actor Sunil and Tamil film stars Simbu and Santhanam will make special appearances in the film.
