"Attarintiki Daredi" director Trivikram Srinivas is all set to commence his new film with Allu Arjun in February 2014, reported Indiaglitz.
Post the stupendous success of Pawan Kalyan's "Attarintiki Daredi," speculations were rife as to who will Trivikram cast as the hero in his next film. Earlier, buzz was that the director will be replacing Sampath Nandi to direct Pawan's "Gabbar Singh 2." It was also claimed that Nagarjuna's son Akhil will be making his acting debut under Trivikram's direction. But, all these reports turned out to be just rumours.
Recently, the director confirmed that he will be teaming up with stylish star Allu Arjun for his new film. The untitled venture is likely to go on floors in February 2014 after the release of "Race Gurram."
Allu Arjun is currently busy with his family entertainer "Race Gurram", directed by Surendar Reddy. The film's shooting is progressing at a brisk pace and it is all set to hit the screens in January, more likely around the Sankranti festival period.
The actor will shift his focus to the Trivikram directorial once "Race Gurram" hits the screens. This will be the second time that Allu Arjun is teaming with the director. Their last release "Julayi" in 2012 was one of the biggest hits of the year.
With the exception of "Khaleja", Trivikram has a good track record of hit films to his credit. His recently-released "Attarintiki Daredi" has turned out to be one of the biggest Telugu hits in the history of Indian cinema. The success of the film has placed Trivikram in the top of league of successful commercial directors. Will he be able to re-create his magic once again with the Allu Arjun starrer? Only time will tell.
