The show's lead couple -- Thapki (Jigyasa Singh) and Dhruv (Ankit Bathla) -- and their on-screen chemistry has also been loved by viewers.
And now, rumour has it that the lead actors are dating each other in real life.
According to reports, from the very beginning of the show, Jigyasa and Ankit have started liking each other. Recently, Jigyasa had also planned a special birthday surprise for Ankit.
However, the good looking actress has denied dating Ankit and claims to be 'good friends'. "We are more than good friends, but there is nothing else. But yes, he is the person who definitely makes me happy when he is around," Jigyasa told Telly Chakkar.
The plot of "Thapki Pyaar Ki" revolves around Dhruv, the owner of a news channel who falls in love with Thapki, a stammerer.
However, Dhruv's mother Vasundhara is against her son getting married to a girl, who stammers and ends up replacing Dhruv with Bihaan on the wedding mandap. With Thapki getting hitched to Bihaan, she and Dhruv get separated.
