Junior NTR's "Temper" has concluded the second week with decent collection at the worldwide box office, but has failed to enter the ₹50-crore club for Telugu movies.

Having lost out a large number of screens to new releases like "Bandipotu", "Gayakudu" and others, "Temper" suffered severe setback at the box office in the second week. The movie witnessed a steep fall of over 50 per cent on its second Friday and could not improve much the next day. Its collected further dropped on its second Sunday due to the ICC World Cup match between India and South Africa.

The business of "Temper" fell further on its second Monday and continued to decline in the following weekdays too. The movie, which had raked in approximately ₹38 crore nett in seven days, has failed to rake in even half of its opening week collection.

"Temper" has collected approximately ₹8 crore nett in its second weekend and ₹3.50 crore during weekdays. In its second week, the movie added approximately ₹11.50 crore to its global 14-day total collection ₹49.50 crore nett. The film has just missed crossing the ₹50-crore mark.

The Junior NTR and Kajal Aggarwal starrer, made with a budget of ₹35 crore, has earned over ₹42 crore for its producers by sale of theatrical rights. The movie has been successful in returning its distributors their investments with a small amount of profit, in just two weeks.

The Puri Jagannath-directed film was released in over 1500 cinema halls across the globe in the first week. Over 40 per cent of its screen count was taken away by the new releases. In its third week, the film has lost out another 50 per cent of its existing number screen count to this week's releases "Bham Bholenath", "Ram Leela", "Maga Maharaju" and "Pisachi", which will take its collection further down.
