"Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey is reportedly thinking of expanding his family with his once estranged wife Jillian Fink. A source revealed to Radar Online that Dempsey and Fink are "100 percent back together" and they are ready to try for another baby. The couple has three children — Tallula, and twins Sullivan and Darby.
"It's so wonderful to see them this happy after a terrible year," a longtime friend of the couple told Radar. "They're very excited about the possibility of baby number four and have agreed to start trying for another child before summer arrives," said the pal.
Fink filed for divorce from the actor in 2015. Although the exact reason for the split remained a mystery, several publications noted that Dempsey's alleged involvement with a "Grey's Anatomy" staffer created a rift between Fink and her husband. "It was obvious to everyone Patrick was [sleeping with] her," another Radar Online insider said at the time. "It got very messy and emotional on set and became a huge liability. Patrick would remain in his trailer after hooking up with her on set and refuse to come out," the source claimed. At the time rumours doing the rounds claimed that Dempsey's affair was one of the reasons why "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes let him go.
Interestingly, even after the divorce was filed, Dempsey and Fink remained close. They were seen together a number of times and reports claimed the two were committed to working on their marriage. "They've been working so hard on the marriage," noted the first source." He's even cut back on his daredevil car racing — something that was a huge problem for her."
