Ajith's forthcoming Tamil movie "Yennai Arindhaal", which was earlier known as "Thala 55", has grown big with the inclusion of one more actress in the cast. After Anushka Shetty and Trisha Krishnan, Gautham Menon has signed Parvathy Nair to play an important role in the upcoming Tamil movie.
Parvathy Nair has confirmed the news and said that she is very excited to be part of "Yennai Arindhaal" but she has refused to give details about her role in the Ajith Kumar starrer film. "I can't hide my excitement to be a part of Gautham Menon's film. I'm not at liberty to divulge any details about the film," she told the Deccan Chronicle.
Reportedly, she is pairing up with Arun Vijay, who plays the role of a baddie, in "Yennai Arindhaal". Trisha Krishnan and Anushka Shetty are the main female leads in the flick. Other than this film, the actress is also a part of yet another biggie "Uthama Villain" starring Kamal Hassan and directed by Ramesh Aravind.
Apart from Parvathy Nair, Vivek, Amit Bhargava, Rajasimman, Devi Ajith and Baby Anikha are in the cast. Meanwhile, Gautham Menon has given a hint about "Yennai Arindhaal". In an interview, the director has claimed that the film tells the journey of a man between the age of 12 and 38. Ajith Kumar plays the role named Satyadev and he has four looks in the film.
Gautham Menon has also revealed that he would like to have sequels to "Yennai Arindhaal" and wishes to work with Ajith Kumar in a series of films.
"Yennai Arindhaal" is made with the budget of ₹ 50 crores. AM Rathnam in association with A Raghuram and Sunil Lulla have bank rolled the project. The movie has Harris Jayaraj's music, Dan Macarthur's cinematography and Anthony's editing.
The Tamil film will appear before audience for Pongal 2015 and the audio is expected to be out in December. Meanwhile, the official statement from the production house has said that the title of the film will be revealed tomorrow.
