As Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in some serious talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday during his first trip to the country after coming to power, several of his photos from across the border amused Twitterati, who doled out hilarious memes.
#ModiInChina remained the top trend on Twitter in India throughout the day, as Twitterati showed their wit by making funny memes of photos of Modi from his visit to the Terracotta Warriors Museum and the Daxingshan Temple in Xi'an.
One of the photos that seemed to have caught the fancy of Twitterati was one with Modi, dressed in a white kurta and a shawl, sporting sunglasses, while standing next to a statue at the Terracotta Warriors Museum.
