Punjabi film "Faraar" has continued to keep the cash registers ringing at the overseas box office in the second week. The movie has amassed a total of Rs 1.94 crore in the international markets in 10 days.

The Gippy Grewal and Kainaat Arora starrer released in 84 cinema halls in key international markets  in USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia on 28 August. "Faraar" debuted with good response and collected US$162,365 (Rs 1.07 crore) at the overseas box office in the first weekend.

The business of "Faraar" was affected by new releases like "Welcome Back" (Hindi) and "Bhale Bhale Magadivoi" (Telugu), which reduced its screen count by 50% in its second week. The collection of the movie has declined by over 70% in the international markets in the second weekend.

"Faraar" has collected approximately US$48,125 (Rs 32.08 lakh) from 42 cinema halls at the overseas box office in the second weekend. The movie is estimated to have raked in approximately US$291,902 (Rs 1.94 crore) international in 10 days. It has become the third highest grossing Punjabi film in the international market in 2015 after "Sardaar Ji" and "Angrej".
