South Korean actor Do Ji Han, who is popularly known for his role as Park Ban Ryu in KBS drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, is likely to share screen space with Shinee member Choi Min Ho in Drinking Solo season 2.
The onscreen bromance between the two actors was one of the most interesting elements in the KBS show, which revolved around the life of a powerless King named Sammaekjong, his love interest Kim Ah Ro and her boyfriend Moo Myung.
The viewers of the historical drama were eager to watch Park Ban Ryu with his rival Kim Soo Ho on screens and a teamup between the two actors in the second instalment of Drinking Solo will surely attract several Kdrama lovers to the show.

In the first season of tvN's romantic comedy drama, Choi Min Ho did not have a major role to play. He just made a guest appearance in episode 5 as a former classmate of the supporting character Kim Ki Bum.
But season 2 of the Korean mini-series could feature the Shinee member in lead role along with his bandmate Key and actress Jung Chae Yeon. It could revolve around the love triangle between the three and Do Ji Han could portray the female protagonist's close friend.
Although tvN is yet to make an official announcment about the renewal of Drinking Solo, industry insiders have claimed that the show will be returning back on screens with season 2, according to Soompi.
Even the Chief Producer Ahn Sang Hwi has hinted about a second season for the Korean mini-series. "There has been talk back and forth about Season 2. I think we'll definitely find a way to do it somehow. Of course once we begin planning it concretely there will be many things to work out like the actors' schedules, but because the producers and tvN are certain, the chances are high," he told Dramabeans.
However, it is not clear whether the original cast members will reprise their roles or a new set of characters will be introduced to the viewers in the next instalment.
