In a shocking incident, a man was caught on camera forcibly kissing a child who was riding a toy car in a busy shopping mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The incident took place last month in the Al Qasr Mall. The Saudi Arabian religious police - the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice - were on a routine patrol when they saw the molester forcibly kissing the boy.
"They arrested him and he tried to deny it, but he was faced with the film showing him assaulting the boy," Emirates 24/7 quoted from Sada daily newspaper in August.
In the video, the man stops the battery-operated car at one corner of the mall and grabs the boy, who appears to be five to seven years of age. He then forcibly kisses him multiple times even though the boy was trying to push him away. In the video, the boy can be seen struggling to free himself from the culprit's clutches.
