Samsung Galaxy Note 3, the much anticipated phablet of the year, will reportedly makes its debut in the first week of September.
Technology website Android Geeks quoting an insider has revealed that Galaxy Note 3 will be first unveiled at the company's 'Samsung Unpacked' event in Berlin on 4 September. It will then be made available for a full media view at global tech fair IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin) which is scheduled to take place between 6-11 September.
The source also mentioned that Samsung would begin sending out press invites by the end of August.
It is to be noted that IFA has witnessed the unveiling of previous two generation Galaxy Note phablets in 2011 and 2012. Maintaining the tradition, the upcoming Galaxy Note 3 is all set to grace the 2013 Berlin event as well.
According to recent reports, Samsung was initially inclined to mass produce Galaxy Note 3 with OLED display panels. But due to time constraints the company will instead release Galaxy Note 3 with two display variants - one with OLED and the other with LCD panels.
The 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 3 is expected to pack a super fast 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 3GB RAM and run on either on Android v4.2.2 or the v4.3 OS.
