Actress Roma Asrani is all set to make her comeback with Bejoy's "Namaste Bali" after being away from the industry for more than a year.
Roma, who was last seen in Mamooty starrer "Face to face", is excited about her new project.
"I think my wait for a good role has come to an end with Bejoy's "Namaste Bali." The film is worth a wait. For the last two years, many scripts came my way but nothing excited me. I do not believe in rat race where you say I have done so many films in a year. I have always listened to my heart. As an actress, I wanted to do such roles which make a difference to the film's storyline. If you see the films that I have done, some may not have a full length role but they have definitely been an important part of them. Finally, with "Namaste Bali", I know I have got a character that is thrilling enough", Roma told IBTimes.
"Namaste Bali", which is a women centric flick, will also see Aju Varghese in a lead role. "Yes, Aju has almost confirmed his part in the film. The shooting of the film will be done in two schedules. The first schedule will be shot in Kerala and we are expecting to start the shooting by 26 June. The second schedule of the film, which will be shot in an international location, will start soon after Eid," said the actress.
Roma, who made her entry into Malayalam films with Roshan Andrew's "Notebook," captured audiences heart with her casual acting style. After the release of "Notebook," Roma went on to share screen space with almost all the top actors of Malayalam film industry. Some of her notable films are "Chocolate", "Lollypop" and "Traffic."
