The family entertainer narrates the day-to-day incidents that police officers come across at Janamaithri Police Station in Kerala. The movie has been garnering positive reviews, as it is different from the mass action thrillers the audience is familiar with. It has Prajod Kalabhavan and Joju George in pivotal roles and Suraj Venjaramoodu, Rony Davis, Saiju Kurup, Vinduja, Jude Anthony Joseph, Major Ravi, Parvathy, Rohini, Malavika, debutants Baby, Mary, Suresh and Manju Vani are seen in supporting roles.
"Action Hero Biju" is Nivin's debut production venture along with Abrid under the banner of Pauly Jr Pictures. It has been jointly scripted by Abrid and Muhammad Shafeeq, and the background score is done by Rajesh Murugesan and the songs have been composed by Jerry Amaldev.
