The 62nd Filmfare Awards was held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai, on Friday, 26 June. The function was graced by some of the big names from South films.
it is an annual event that unities the four South film industries (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada) at one platform.
The awards has been given in over 40 categories in four languages. It is a glamorous and colourful event where the leading names from South entertains the audience with their performances. This year, Tamanna Bhatia, Pranitha Subhash, Taapsee Pannu and many other celebs set the stage on fire.
